Our Quantitative MRI and Susceptibility Mapping (QSM) services provide advanced methods for measuring physical tissue properties beyond standard MRI contrast. These analyses quantify magnetic susceptibility, iron deposition, mineral concentration, and microvascular integrity, enabling precise evaluation of tissue microstructure and neurovascular health. We implement robust pipelines for QSM reconstruction, phase unwrapping, background field removal, and quantitative calibration — ensuring accurate, artifact-free susceptibility maps suitable for both research and clinical investigations.
This module focuses on estimating tissue magnetic susceptibility and quantifying paramagnetic mineral content such as iron, calcium, or copper, which play crucial roles in neurodegeneration, demyelination, and aging.
