Volumetric software
We have developed a specialized brain volumetry software for analyzing various neurological conditions, including Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other brain disorders. Using a new structural brain scan (T1-weighted MRI) as input, the software employs an artificial neural network to compare the volumetric measurements of individual regions of interest (ROIs) against disease-specific distributions, taking into account age, sex, and overall brain volume. By leveraging multiple parcellation schemes, the tool enables a detailed, region-by-region assessment of how a new dataset aligns with patterns observed across different neurological conditions.
